The collar should have about a finger or two clearance when fitting, otherwise this may become to tight if the animal gets hot. *Please allow for this when ordering, if any changes need to be made, you have a 24 hour period to do you before your order is made and dispatched*

Refunds and returns are only allowed in circumstances where the lead or collar has been made to a different size/ colour variant as purchased.

All deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail within 48 hours of recieving your order, weekend purchases will be sent out within 2 working days.
