The collar should have about a finger or two clearance when fitting, otherwise this may become to tight if the animal gets hot. *Please allow for this when ordering, if any changes need to be made, you have a 24 hour period to do you before your order is made and dispatched*

Refunds and returns are only allowed in circumstances where the lead or collar has been made to a different size/ colour variant as purchased.

Any orders that have been submitted with the customer entering the incorrect infomation and not informing within 24 hours of purchase will not be refunded

Your purchases are handmade to order so please allow this in a grace period of 24 hours before the order is to be made and dispatched the next working day.

It’s important for your dog to wear the collar consistently for maximum effectiveness; briefly removing it for cleaning will not diminish its benefits.
