If for any reason you need to return your items, please email us at collarmasters@gmail.com within 21 days of your order placement to initiate the return process. Once you've communicated your intent to return, you'll have 10 more days to return the collar(s) back in the original condition. This means the items must be unworn, unwashed, and have no pet hair from trying on. If these conditions are met, we will offer you a full refund or exchange, although please note that postage costs are excluded.
